Enhancing an urban park
Ayala Triangle Gardens North redefines the space between three major roadways—Ayala Avenue, Paseo de Roxas, and Makati Avenue—as a pedestrian-friendly destination. Bordering an existing public park, this major mixed-use development preserves and expands existing green space within a dense urban environment. Two towers rise from a landscaped podium which connects the architecture with the neighboring park. Sloping downward, a dramatic stairway welcomes visitors from the park into a sunken plaza and shopping mall at the center of the development
On the north side of the triangle, the taller tower defines the street edge with a metal and glass facade that reflects the dynamic energy of this major intersection. A folding canopy extends outward from the tower to form a carport and drop-off area along Paseo de Roxas.
