We are pleased to share that SOM has been included for the first time on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. We are especially proud to debut on this list with a perfect score of 100—earning the recognition Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.

The Corporate Equality Index rates companies on detailed criteria across four categories: non-discrimination policies across business entities, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, supporting an inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility. We are honored to have received top scores in all four categories. 

In receiving this recognition, we reaffirm our commitment to LGBTQ+ equality across our global offices and throughout our business operations. We acknowledge that the work of maintaining an inclusive workplace is ongoing and will continue to work to ensure that SOM remains a welcoming and safe workplace for our LGBTQ+ colleagues.
