On Thursday, November 5, SOM Design Partner Scott Duncan will be a featured speaker at the World Architecture Festival (WAF) 2015 in Singapore.
As the lead designer of SOM’s Pertamina Energy Tower in Jakarta, Duncan will present on the innovative design of this project, the world’s first supertall tower for which energy is the primary design driver. Duncan will also highlight the WAF-shortlisted Tanjong Pagar Centre, the 160,000-square-meter mixed-use development designed by SOM, located in Singapore’s Central Business District.
Duncan will be joined in conversation by Charles Jencks, the architectural theorist, landscape architect, and designer.
