SOM collaborates with Estudio AMA and Esrawe Studio on Legend, a new tower in Guadalajara, Mexico.
An international team of architects will deliver a striking new addition to the Guadalajara skyline, Legend. The 190-meter-tall, mixed-use tower—slated to be the tallest building in the Andares Zapopan district—broke ground on Friday, May 24. Spanning more than 110,000 square meters, the building brings together an exclusive mix of luxury residences, a Canopy by Hilton hotel, boutique retail shops and office space.
The project is led by American architecture and engineering firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) in collaboration with Mexico City-based Estudio AMA and hotel interior design by Héctor Esrawe of the award-winning Esrawe Studio.
