The developers of a proposed rail line from Miami to Orlando have unveiled the design for the line’s Miami station, which features 3 million sq ft of commercial and residential space and is designed to serve as a hub for multiple forms of transportation. The station would be part of a four-block, mixed-use development in downtown Miami and would be the southern terminus of All Aboard Florida, a privately funded rail line that would have a network of 235 mi and feature stops in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando.”
