Fisher Brothers announced an extensive $65 million reimagination plan for its iconic Midtown Manhattan tower at 1345 Avenue of the Americas. The transformation is focused on major functional and aesthetic improvements to the public plaza, as well as a modernization and redesign of the building’s entrances, lobby and elevator system.
The redesign by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) will completely transform the sidewalks and plaza wrapping around the building as well as Fisher Park, the public space situated at the western side of the building. Fisher Brothers is also investing in major upgrades to the landscaping program.
