Sun Hung Kai Properties has unveiled Cullinan Harbour, a new residential development designed by SOM, situated on a former airfield just 15 minutes from Hong Kong’s central business district.

The crescent-shaped complex offers a unique luxury residential experience on a prime location overlooking the Kowloon Bay waterfront. With its distinctive rippled, glassy facade, the development comprises eight interconnected buildings surrounding a central courtyard, which features a pool, a garden, and other amenities. Along the waterfront, a series of low-rise residential blocks ensure privacy for residents while offering a range of living options for those seeking a bayside lifestyle.

The first and second floors are linked by a continuous lobby, which includes a clubhouse, tenant lounge, and retail spaces at either end. Landscaped green spaces around the site and a pedestrian bridge provide direct access to nearby public spaces, including an elevated park that spans the former Kai Tak runway.

Upon completion, Cullinan Harbour will stand as a premier waterfront neighborhood on the outskirts of Hong Kong, offering a world-class living experience.
