Sterling Bay’s office building, designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, would be one of the city’s 10 tallest. It would trail Willis Tower (1,451 feet), Trump International Hotel & Tower (1,389), Aon Center (1,136), John Hancock Center (1,128), the 227 W. Monroe St. tower in the Franklin office complex (1,007), Two Prudential Plaza (995) and 311 S. Wacker Drive (961).
