“Wow! What a day,” Presiding Judge Marsha G. Slough said inside the packed jury assembly room of the new San Bernardino Justice Center. Slough got a little emotional on Thursday as she welcomed everyone to the courthouse dedication ceremony – an event seven years in the making. …The new justice center, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP and built by Rudolph and Sletten, “hosts a spacious entrance lobby that allows for ample daylight while limiting heat gain,” officials said.
