Tianjin CTF Finance Centre has been named Construction Project of the Year and Best BIM Application of the Year in the RICS China Awards 2020. The team behind the project, a 530-meter-tall mixed-use tower in China’s Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA), received the award for Excellence in Professional Consultancy Service Team of the Year. The annual program recognizes global construction projects, professional teams, and design and construction innovations that contribute to China’s built environment.
In the sixth annual CREDAWARD, Tianjin CTF Finance Centre received a Gold Award in Public Building and a Merit Award in Lighting Design. The annual competition spotlights international design and real estate projects.
