101 Warren transformed a 2-acre site in Lower Manhattan into one of the most sought-after residential projects in New York City. Combining luxury residences, market-rate and low-income rentals, and substantial retail programs within the podium, a diverse mix of occupants and users are brought together on the same block.
Taking inspiration from the rhythm of large window openings and masonry walls of existing buildings within the neighborhood, the building is wrapped in a rhythmic screen of two-story stone piers. Together, the materiality and rhythm of the stone screen reference both the residential architecture of Tribeca and the monumental architecture of the nearby Financial District.
