Located along Connecticut’s I-95 corridor, the UBS campus comprises a distinguished group of buildings organized around a massive trading floor facility. The 12-acre campus Master Plan, to be developed over multiple phases, provides 1,400,000 sf of occupiable space, including offices, trading areas, parking, and indoor amenities. Along Washington Boulevard, the new complex is set back in a large landscaped park, which serves as the front entrance to the project as well as a gateway to Stamford, Connecticut.
