Lakeshore East Master Plan
Chicago, Illinois
Mixed-use development concentrated on a high-density downtown community enables the Lakeshore East Master Plan to address the developmentally problematic Chicago site where Lake Michigan meets the Chicago River. By focusing towards a central park, the Plan provides a program capable of solving connectivity problems that perplexed planners for decades.
